IBM Storage Scale/ESS Production Readiness Program
Code: SE2Description
This 10-day training plan is aimed at customers who will run their own IBM Storage Scale/ESS environment. It goes beyond IBM Storage Scale Basic Administration for Linux and AIX (H005G), IBM Storage Scale Advanced Administration for Linux (H006G), and IBM Storage Scale – Remote Data Access (H008G), and includes additional advanced topics such as Performance and Tuning. The course takes into account the current knowledge and experience of the participants and is aligned with their requirements and goals.
Audience
This course is intended for system administrators, storage administrators, infrastructure specialists, and technical teams responsible for installing, configuring, managing, and supporting IBM Storage Scale and ESS environments. In other words, this is the course required for those who plan to run their own Scale/ESS.
Prerequisites
The student is expected to have a good understanding of UNIX/Linux, SAN, and data center storage concepts.
